Lantern Making Workshop
Creating a spectacle
Lumo Workshop, an artist-led studio, delivered a series of lantern-making workshops for local communities. The handmade lanterns were later showcased in the Lightwaves parade in Sutton on Sea.
By giving local people the opportunity to help create the parade materials, the project encouraged community involvement and fostered a real sense of pride in place.
