Creative Careers Conference 2025

The Creative Careers Conference 2025 brought together young people aged 14–19 with professionals from across the creative industries for a focused day of talks and interactive sessions.

Attendees took part in a range of workshops covering areas such as acting, dance, music, filmmaking and technical roles, gaining direct insight into day-to-day working life within the sector.

By hearing first-hand experiences from local creatives and taking part in practical activities, young people were able to explore different career routes, understand the variety of roles available, and consider how their interests and skills could translate into future opportunities.
